Looking for pro-quality bass tracks for your next project? I can work with you either locally or remotely to give you the sound you are looking for. I have played on hundreds of recordings covering all styles, from Pop, to Jazz, Country, Funk, Classical, and everything in between. My experience onstage and in the studio will help to insure that you that you will get the performance you are looking for.
Obviously, great bass tracks don’t just consist of great parts. The TONES are just as important to the integrity of the performance on a track. I currently utilize 18 electric basses in my recording studio to allow me to get a huge variety of tones, each instrument possessing its own character and tonal characteristics. I also have several pro quality D.I.s, compressors, and effects options to choose from to make sure I will get the tones most appropriate for your project.
Based on your budget, I can either come to your studio to record my tracks or record them in my own studio remotely. With the advent of faster internet speeds and faster computers, remote recording has become a viable and cost-effective alternative to working in traditional recording studio scenarios. (Remote recording is when the artist sends his/her tracks to the session player, who then records their individual parts in their own recording environment.) If you have access to a personal computer equipped with recording software or a studio that does, then you are probably in a position to work with me remotely. I am able to work with all sorts of recording environments and software programs at my studio at home, and can help walk you through the process if you need help.
Here’s how it works:
1. First, I discuss the tracks with you in detail, along with rates and timeline for completion
2. You either mail or email me the session tracks that I will be recording to
3. I record my bass tracks in my studio
4. I create an MP3 scratch mix for each tune including my bass track and then email it to you for your approval
5. Once approved, payment is made via PayPal, check, or money order, and then I send you the full resolution bass tracks
