I’m thrilled and honored to be subbing for bassist Norm Stockton on some dates with guitar virtuoso and CCM recording artist, Lincoln Brewster. We’ll be performing in Northern California and Columbus, Ohio the first 2 weekends of November. Lincoln is probably best known for his work as a singer/songwriter and worship leader, but before his successful solo career took flight he was a session player on the West Coast and even held the guitar chair for Steve Perry for a while in the mid-90′s. While I’m in California with Lincoln, I’ll also be doing a free bass clinic at Bayside Church in Roseville. On November 9th, I’ll be doing a bass clinic during the day and a concert later that night at The Foundry in Nashville. With me this time around will be Mike Whittaker, Derico Watson, Mark Douthit, and Tom Hemby. I’m also going to be performing again with the Tom Hemby Band at the end of November in Nashville with Keith Carlock on drums. If you are close to the Nashville area and haven’t seen either of these configurations perform yet, please consider joining us for a couple great nights of jazz, funk, and fusion! Finally, looking farther ahead I am currently finalizing details for a small Northeastern U.S. bass clinic run in December, sponsored by Aguilar Amplification and D’Addario Strings. Final details will be announced very soon in my next E-Newsletter, so be sure to sign up to be on the email list!
